Jerks when starts program

I have bought "new" computer with pentium 4 inside. When I move axis of machine in manual mode, everything is OK. But when I start any program axis moves with terrible jerks.

Also when I start emc i see messege "RTAPI: ERROR: Unexpected realtime delay on task 1"
and also look dsmeg.

I had run latency test for an hour, it was written 41500, I wrote 43000.

Where to look this "dsmeg"?
And what it could be with computer? I changed computer to elder and everything works fine.

When running the latency test be sure to put some load on the machine such as running glxgears.

I've found what problem is. Problem was in processor thermal paste of CPU was old and it heats to 98degr!

Now everything is OK.
