Wondering if its possible to put one of these on my z-axis and have a 5 axis...
Any problem mixing the two steppers with my servos??

That looks nice for experimenting and light work, and it is no problem mixing steppers and servos, if wiring and adding stepper drives poses no problem for you. You would also need 2 drives, that is not mentioned there, and doing software setup.
Those are the easy parts, the harder part is finding CAM software for 5 Axis.
