Lathe as engraver was created by Boltonbrass
I am setting up a lathe as an engraver. Preliminary tests show it will work but the programming maybe very problematic. Using x, z, a axis' with a stepper motor on A axis.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Sorry no probably not - i didn't make that program - Andy did.
I'll bet he'll chimes in.
You might add some details about what you want to engrave.
letters? numbers? graphics?
maybe a bit about how your hardware A axis works.
Are you using the spindle as the tool?
