Rtapi_app and Yapps2 problem during installation linuxcnc_dev

Hi,

When installing linuxcnc_dev from github on 4.9.0-8-rt-amd64, we got error during the ./configure process. Yapps is not found.
So i did : sudo apt-get install Yapps2 and first problem is solved.
Second problem when doing, . ./rip-environment and then starting up => linuxcnc, linuxcnc will not start up.
Problem is that rtapp_app is locked as root. So i changed permission's and problem is solved.
I test this 2 times with a new install and sudo apt-get dist-upgrade. It doens't matter wich linuxcnc_dev version you install.

Also in the linuxcnc_dev github makefile in the src directory is something to improve, i think :

line : 1058 parport....
line : 1097 parport....
One line of those 2 can be deleted.

in the main linuxcnc_dev ./configure script, line 10344 : change "rip-environment" to ". ./rip-environment" or include it as well.
