Using Aspire to export path's.

Was cutting the first pocket just fine and instead of raising up above Z0.2000 to move to second pocket it just moved up from the bottom of the pocket and decided to go through.

If I go back in the code and try to run the last arc it ends up right at the same place. I wish I would have ran through simulator first. Any suggest

My suggestion would be to post the gcode so it can be examined/tested

The G0 Z0.2 lines are there.
So the question is, why didn't it happen?

If you jog down to cut height and then MDI G0 Z0.2, does the head move, or does the motor stall? I suspect a too-aggressive Z axis acceleration.

Did the DRO display Z 0.2 after the crash? If so then that points to a commanded move not being followed by the hardware.

G0Z0.2 manually works

However, I noticed this morning that manually jogging up on Z is having issues. It goes up about an inch then starts to struggle or stop

Try reducing the Z acceleration in the INI file. Initially try it 5x smaller. if it still struggles then try halving the max speed (and you can then probably try putting the acceleration back to where it was)

on problems like this
it is best to check all connections
and ofcause demount the part and make a testrun
not on g-code check on mashine behavior

you might also as the Z seams problems and G1 workes fine make per texteditor
a G1 Z0.2 F25 out of the G0 z0.2
only for checking behavior the tool seams to have still presuure as the G0 apears and this might got your Z joint to trouble

HARD on TOOL
