Simulator different Screens?

When you start Linuxcnc from the menu, you get a selection screen and there are plenty of simulation configs under the section aptly named Sim, chose one, start, see what you like and what not, make some notes, close Linuxcnc, start Linuxcnc from menu, choose the other sim in line, rinse and repeat.
And do not forget the notes, we want everything!
