We use laser to draw circle on a aluminum sheet. Trajectory planning is round, but the circle drawed is not round.
Why the circle drawed by "G2 X390 Y-280 I5 J0" not round?

Very low acceleration or mechanical issues.

This could be simple geometry. Is the laser controlled by a galvanometer or is it moving on a cartesian axis?

If it is a galvanometer then the only place that a circle will be circular is exactly under the centre of the galvanometer.

This can presumably be corrected by a kinematics module.

The laser binded on the Z axis. Laser is on all the time. Draw this circle by moving the X and Y axis of servo motor.

@tommylignt I increased acceleration, but it didn't to be good.
Excluded mechanical issues, because another CNC has not this issue.

@RNJFAB x & y axis is square

Can you use Halscope to plot the X and Y following errors?

It's part of LinuxCNC.

linuxcnc.org/docs/2.8/html/hal/tutorial....ec:tutorial-halscope

Most GUIs can open it from the menu, or you can open it from the command line as described above.

what is  the variable name of x axis and y axis following errors in halscope?
which is the selection of x axis and y axis following errors  in in pin, signal, param?
