Machine On Timer was created by babinda01
Hi
I have a small but little annoying problem that I am hoping someone can point me in the right direction to.
I am running the Axis UI, and when I click the estop button and then the machine on button, my servo drives are initialized and then enabled. My problem is that it takes approx. 10sec for my servos to startup, if I try and jog or home before my servos start the dros click over but no motion is done. Is there a way I can put a timer in the system that won't allow any motion for that initial 10sec or so after the machine on button is pressed?
Regards
Andrew

Press the machine on button 10 seconds before releasing E-stop.

Sorry.
On my machine, the driver on switch is a separate, physical switch that is totally independant of E-stop.
The e-stop communicates with the computer and disonnects the SCR that controls the router to ensure the router immediately turns off.

The machine on button (F2) is purely software for me.
It does not actually switch my machine on or off.
