Weird G54 orientation was created by rubinstu
I'm having a weird issue with my programs, or maybe my setup when I generate the NC codes. For some reason, my program "starts" (G54 setting the origin) way outside of the boundary of my machine. You can see in the picture the "G54" is way out there. The default program ("LinuxCNC") puts the G54 right on the limits of the machine (at least per the drawings). Please see the attached screenshots. What could be causing this? I'm generating GCodes from Fusion 360.Thank you!

Well all I can say is that clearly your G54 offset values are wrong. So if those values are set in Fusion then you would need to look there.
Also you have tool offsets not only in Z but also in X and Y which is a bit unusual.

Can you explain the "tool offsets...X and Y which is a bit unusual", please? The way I HAD been working was to (1) home my machine, (2) jog to the origin of my workpiece, (3) click the "touch off" button for x and y, (4) move my z to the the surface of my part and "touch off" z. (I also made a script with uses the tool setter for Z, but I'm leaving that out for this experiment.)
I don't think Fusion is setting G54.
@aciera thanks for the reply. I appreciate your comments!

The overlay in the preview you posted shows 'TLO' values (ie Tool Length Offsets) for X, Y, and Z. These offsets either come from values associated to the currently loaded tool in the tooltable or they are set in the GCode
Looking at the generated Gcode will answer that.
