soft limit error was created by jcizek
While trying to change some things on my Z axis config to troubleshoot another problem (a problem I have an open thread on in the advanced config forum) I changed my Z axis settings to the config below. I know that I am missing something rediculously simple, so am pleading for a second set of eyes here to point out the obvious mistake ;)
My Z axis home/limit (shared switch) is at the top of the travel. Positive is UP and negative is DOWN.
If my thinking is right, Zero should be 1/2" down from the switch activation at the top and the soft limits should be 0.1" above Zero (which is .4" below the limit switch) and 6" down from Zero.
With this config, the axis homes just fine, and as soon as it finishes, it throws a "Soft limit exceeded" error and then if i try to manually jog either direction tells me either "Can't jog past min limit" or "Can't jog past max limit"
What am i missing?? (units are in inches) Thanks! -James

You might swap the min and max limits... -5.75 is less than 0.1
