Here is the changed XML,

I don't know what was exactly wrong (I made quite a few changes based on other xml files)

I didn't test the file yet, but in PncConf looks OK :)

The only problem I got into now is that SVSS6_6 doesn't have any PWM/ stepper signals :( or I made something wrong.

That's correct the 7I52 has 6 serial channels and 6 encoder inputs
(no room for step/dir outputs unless you steal some serial xmit pins)

A 7I52S has 6 Step/dir (or PWM/DIR) outputs and 6 encoder inputs (and no serial)
Some people have modified 7I52S 's to get a mix of serial and step/dir outputs

Will it be possible, to use P3 or P4 on 5i23 for PWM or stepper signals ?

I believe that step/dir will be just fine for Granite devices VSD-XE drivers

So is it possible to use the GPIO pin like on parallel port (I don't know where exactly the signals for motors are generated on PCI card or by linuxCNC)

Yes this can be done
Normally the signals are generated by hardware on the PCI card
because if they are generated in software
you will have much lower PWM resolution
or much lower possible step rates

Will it work if I modify PIN_SVSS6_6_72.VHD file by adding PWM/steppers to the Moduleid and define pins in PinDesc
and then compile.

Basically yes (using source from mesanet.com)
If you are going to do this It would
probably be easier if I made a project file with the right options set

That will be weary nice from you :)

What I need is 5 stepper outputs step/dir (enable is not needed) 6 encoders and 1 serial port if possible, you can put all together on P2 or put stepper signals on some other port.

I looked in manuals for 7i52 card and I think it cant be used for steper outputs, so put them on P3 or P4.

freeby.mesanet.com/SVSSST6_6_12.ZIP has bit, pin, and .xml files

This configuration adds 12 stepgenerators on P3

Peter your XML files will absolutely not work as is.

They won't even display in a browser because of the leading blank line.

I could work with you for the changes if you are interested. I'm not sure how much work it will be.
What are you using to create the files?
