pncconf & bitfiles

Where can i find the version of pncconf which reads bitfiles directly and not xml files?

Its not possible to read bitfiles directly but pncconf could be modified to read a
loaded bitfiles IDROM instead of a XML file

mesaflash can also make .xml files from a FPGA card but there are some differences with formats
so pncconf cannot use these currently

the version that reads directly has never been released...it works but is not user friendly...and I have currently lost ambition to finish it.
