Seems to indicate there is a problem with language translations.
What language is your computer set for?

Seems to be a python issue, as if some settings of python are not accepted

I'm not python expert, but I suggest to check your python 2.7 installation

It is working now, I ignored encoder setup on previous page so problem happen on scale calculation on next page
