Square Gantry without customizing ini

I square my gantry by utilizing the HOME_OFFSET tag in the ini:

[JOINT_0]
...
HOME_OFFSET = 0.1

JOINT_1
...
HOME_OFFSET = 0.137

Is there some way, or place that I can move these that will preserve them after running PnCConf? As you know the ini is re-written when you run PnCConfig. Is there a way in some "permanent" file to move the joints independently the required amount after homing?

Currently - no.

a future update 0f 2.8 will have this in place. master has it now.
