Mesa 7i95 not found in PnCConf Wizard was created by ryan_m
Hello all,
I'm having trouble completing the PnCConf Wizard for the Mesa 7i95 BoB.
In the Configuration page when selecting Board Name, the device is nowhere to be found (Its understood this is a known issue). I've tried the Discovery Option -> Board Discovery -> and entered [foo, ethernet, my IP address] still unable to locate the device.
foo = just about every variation I could think of: 7i95, 7i95e, MESA7I95, ect.
What I've done up to this point:
1) Fresh install of Debian Buster 10
2) Installed master branch of LinuxCNC via Synaptic Package Manager (2.9)
3) Followed the network setup instructions described Here (and am able to ping the device and use thecommand to view board properties.
4) I presumably have set up the hardware correctly supplying 5V where needed and have assigned the jumpers to the correct IP address selection position (i.e. 10.10.10.10).
Advice on how to connect the board to the PnCConf wizard would be much appreciated.
Thanks in advance.

Currently you need to make a hal/ini file set for a similar card (a7I96 is the closest)
and edit the hal/ini files to adjust for the card differences. At the minimum the card
name and input signal names need to change.
