Its likely the step times are too short for your drives
Try setting:
STEPLEN=5000
STEPSPACE=5000
DIRSETUP=10000
DIRHOLD=10000

Thanks for helping.
I just adjusted these values but nothing changed.
Could it be due to my operating software? Maybe changing to LinuxCNC 2.8 will help?

I notice you only changed the Z axis, is this the axis you are testing?
What kind of drives do you have?
How are they wired to the 7I76E?
I don think this is version related. If you can do a continuous jog
and there are no errors from LinuxCNC, and the DRO changes
(the DRO is the digital position readout in the preview screen),
the 7I76E stepgen is working.

Sorry for the confusion. In the attachment you will find the correct .ini file. I am testing the X axis motor.
See the picture for the wiring.
Here you can find the driver I am using: Driver
I find it very strange that the motor is not running correctly. It can't be the motor or the driver because I have already made the motor run without using LinuxCNC and the MESA card.

I would try single ended wiring as sometimes drives need more
current than the 7I76E can deliver in differential mode so:
PU+,DR+ to 5V
PU- to Step-
DR- to Dir-

Do you mean like this? So that the dir+ and step+ of the MESA card are not connected?
