Gscreen keyboard usage was created by mariusl
I am having trouble understanding or getting the keyboard to work with Gscreen. How do I use the pop-up keyboard to edit the tool table for instance? I am still running on the desktop without a touch screen using the mouse pointer. Does this matter?

What problem are you having with the keyboard?
I did notice that with a mouse the keyboard tended to repeat the letters sometimes, this didn't happen with the touch screen.

The field that must receive the characters looses focus and the input is not transferred to the field. I tried to edit the tool table but it seems impossible. That is why I thought that maybe it will only work if you have no keyboard.

thats what I use.
So you pop the keyboard up
click a tooledit checkbox and then a column to edit
then when you click the keyboard it does nor show on the column?
Have you tried it in other places?

I pop up the keyboard. Click the tool editor line - the keyboard disappears.
Then I try this - click the line to edit, click the field, pop up the keyboard. The field closes and nothing transfers to the field.
MDI works OK, I have not tested it anywhere else.

Ok I see the difference. You are using full screen, I am not.
Industrial doesn't have this problem because the keyboard is not a separate window.
I will see what I can do about it.

Works really well now thanks. It does not cause the desktop tool bars to pop up anymore either.
