Hallo, habe nun eine 4. Achse angebaut.

der erste test (indexiert) war auch schon erfolgreich. nun frage ich mich wie das mit dem Simultanen bzw. gleichzeitigen bearbeiten?

wie bekomme ich raus das die drehgeschwindigkeit zur Schnittgeschwindigkeit passt?

den aktuell ist es ja so das bei F1000 die X-Achse mit 1000mm/min fährt die Drehachse aber doch mit 1000°/min fährt oder?

wie bekomme ich das Synchronisiert?

drehachse hat eine 50:1 Übersetzung
Motor Nema23 200Schritte
1/4 Schritt eingestellt also 800Schritte/Umdrehung
Scale derzeit 111.1111....
Aktueller G0 12000°/min.

Hallo das habe ich schon gefunden. Allerdings meckert das Programm wegen G91.1 was der Fusion Post reinschreibt.

Simultanfräsen mit Drehachsen wird normalerweise im CAM berechnet und der gcode im 'inverse-time' mode ausgegeben.

Nur welchen nimmt man da genau?

Habe schon den fanuc with a axis probiert allerdings finde ich da keinerlei einstellungsmöglichkeit für G64

Alles andere hab ich mir schon ein wenig angepasst. Nur die werte kommen mir suspect vor....

Ganz oft F9999 drin.

Probelaufen lassen auf der Maschine hab ich ihn noch nicht.

Das muss nicht falsch sein. Das ist bei G93 ja keine Vorschubgeschwindigkeit sondern die Zeit in der die Achsbewegung ausgeführt werden soll (60 Sekunden / 9999). Würde ich halt mal probelaufen lassen mit der Hand auf dem NOT-AUS.

Bei G93 muss dann auf jeder Zeile mit G1, G2 oder G3 ein F-Wert stehen.

Habe meine 2 NC-Files mal angehangen.... einmal der normale Linux_EMC2 und einmal der Fanuc... wie gesagt ich würde auch gerne das tool benutzen aber das tool gibt mir nen Fehler wegen dem G91.1 langt ein normales G91 auch?

Und hier nochmal der Code über das Programm Rapid Rotary....

Allerdings mit A Achse weil es dort nicht mit B Achse geht.

Habe jetzt den Inverse Time PP getestet man sieht das er bei der Gravur oder bei Chamfer schneller fährt als bei dem normalen EMC2 Post.

Das Adaptiv clearing allerdings bleibt im G93 genauso wie im G94. Also nicht der F2700 den ich haben möchte sondern F800-900 ca.....

Keiner weiter eine Idee? ich durchsuche das Internet nun schon seit Tagen und komme auf keine wirkliche Lösung.

Habe mal meine ini und hal angehangen.....
