Mollum and StepperOnline EV200 series VFD

This is what I ended up with to get my Mollum VFD working.  While searching for answers as I worked this out, I found that the EV200 series of VFDs from StepperOnline appear to have the exact same command set.  My situation may be different from most, in that I have a mechanical switch to choose forward and reverse, and I tied that switch into the operation of the machine.  Also, I have yet to get the speed override and feedback working.  But this is enough to get the machine running.
