How do I get the error messages to go away from Touchy when the error has been corrected. Mine just stay until a different error shows up. See bottom of screen shot..

Looking at the source code... there is no way to clear the error message.

Some of this is a short coming of Linuxcnc there is a message system for printing errors as they come up but no message to clear the error.
Consequently the screens can't know when the error is fixed.

something to fix in linuxcnc3

 but I have a touch screen. Axis is kinda like a Windows phone5 you can use it on a touch screen but need a stylis not your finger.

You wish to have a button to clear the error manually? That is doable as a quick bug fix (not saying it will get done)

The other is a major change and will not happen for a long time.
linuxcnc3 is in the years time scale (no code has been written - we are in planing stage).

This is the informal feature requests for linuxcnc3:
wiki.linuxcnc.org/cgi-bin/wiki.pl?Lncnc_3_Idea_Whiteboard
( you'll see that I have already mentioned error messages problem)

There is an official release bug tracker/ feature request for the current linuxcnc2 version - you must register - look here:
wiki.linuxcnc.org/cgi-bin/wiki.pl?Trackers

I'm actually using Axis on my BP touch screen for now and you better have it calibrated to a T...
