There isn't one, these appear to be fairly recent Chinese machines.
Looking at your URL on your profile - you probably make them.
You need to tell us what control method it currently has, what interface, what motors (seem to be servos), in short the full spec.
If it currently uses a PC runs a Mach spec that can easily be converted, if it is some sort of proprietary controller you will have to rip that out and start from scratch with just the hardware.
