Hello, I am somewhat new to EMC. I have a 4 axis router mill that is already set up in Mach3. I am setting it up with EMC also to do a comparison, and I am a little confused on how to setup the inputs. I have home/limit switches set up on axes X, Y, and Z. All switches are active high. All three home and negative limits are common on pin 12, and all three positive limits are common on pin 11. I have a probe on pin 13 and an estop on pin 10. How is this done in EMC?

I have seen that. What I need to know is how to edit the hal and/or INI file to reflect my inputs?

This is what I have tried:
net XYZ-home parport.0.pin-12-in-not => axis.0.neg-lim-sw-in axis.1.neg-lim-sw-in axis.2.neg-lim-sw-in
net XYZ-max-lim parport.0.pin-11-in-not => axis.0.pos-lim-sw-in axis.1.pos-lim-sw-in axis.2.pos-lim-sw-in
Then I get:
Joint 0 on limit switch error
Joint 1 on limit switch error
Joint 2 on limit switch error
What am I doing wrong???

Was the problem using the in-not rather than in pins?

That was one part of the problem. The other part of the problem was that I hadn't set up my INI file with the parameters (HOME_SEARCH_VEL, HOME_LATCH_VEL, etc.) I get ahead of myself sometimes.
