Hi
I am new to cnc and to EMC2.I would like to know which profile to choose when setting up.
I have a home built router the table size is 1500mm x 1500mm with a working area of 1200mm x 1200mm.It is a gantry unit, the Xaxis drives the gantry with 2 motors (one either side of gantry)
X&Y are rack and pinion, the Z is screw driven.
The Z has a direct drive to the screw
The X and Y have a 1.5 module rack with an 18 tooth pinion, the pinion is coupled to a 60 tooth gear and the motors have a 20 tooth gear.
The electronics is one of those dreaded blue TB6560 4 axis boards.
Regards
Gazza

You can either use the Stepconf Wizard to generate your config or use the
6560 sample configuration
and modify it.
