configuration problems mesa 7i96

I have created my current configuration with the pncconf wizard. I have run a latency test with glxgears running and I got a max value of 17000. When I open up my configuration in linuxcnc the the first two error messages poped up. Then when I try to jog an axis the third error message the joint 1 following error pops up. I what do I need to do to resolve these errors? When I was creating this configuration I used the test tune axis I hooked up my motors and nothing happened. I also hooked up my oscilloscope to the step pin and the ground and there were no pulses coming out of the step pin of my mesa 7i96. I have included my configuration in a zip file if that is helpful.

i believe the recommended the servo period would be 1000000

You max velocity it .8 but Accel it 30. I don't know if that will affect a following error though
