In linuxcnc 2.8, is it possible change my homing sequence such that the machine triggers my limit switch multiple times and takes the median of the values to use? I'd be okay if it involved a slight bit of programming on my part.
I currently have a cheap Chinese inductive switch that has about a + 0.0004 home switch on the x axis of my lathe. This is a bit too much for my purposes. I'm honestly hoping for about half of that or less.
If anyone has any better ideas for getting a lower triggering tolerance, I'm all ears.

This is an example of my config, setting those values lower will result in better precision, especially latch velocity.

Those are very similar to the values I have. Mine are slightly lower.
Any thing else I can do besides just buying a new sensor?
As a side note, I ended up making two account on the forums due to issues getting into my email on the pi. How do I delete either this account or destruction_cereal?
