The button just freezes.
When disabling pendant in ini file, then Z moves and starts to find limit switch.

There was no additional lines in terminal when homing joint 3.

If you look at the screen shot it shows the error warnings hal line 2 dos style endings

Saved as new file in gedit with linux line ending. There is no more DOS style error, but it didnt resolve homing problem.

Error was in vc-postgui.hal file. Had to comment out axis3 and onwards.

Now i can home.
