Hello! Please help me solve the problem. I'm assembling a machine with 7i96S and stepper motors first time. This code moves the A rotary axis smoothly when there is only A in one line. But for some reason the A jumps to the next line on those lines where it stands together with linear coordinates, for example Z. I tried G64 in different ways and changed the accelerations, it doesn't help. This file works well on the same machine with Mach with a different controller.

Check forum.linuxcnc.org/38-general-linuxcnc-q...88-feed-rate-priorit sounds like the same issue. I also had that issue and rewrote the cam processor to use inverse time feed.

Thanks for the help Hakan! The option with G93 would probably solve the problem. But now there are two other problems. The first is that nc-files are quite complex, they were made a long time ago with a regular F and have been used for many years. The second thing is that you need to change a post processor in the CAM for new codes.

This should take your old file and repost the output.
