How can i find rapid speeds of machine ?
Is there an automated script that measures displacement/time to calculate rapid speed ?
Also how can measure max rpm of spindle with encoder installed ?

In both cases, if the encoder is scaled correctly, the encoder velocity will read
machine units per second for linear axis and revolutions per second for spindles.
(there's also revolutions/distance per minute encoder velocity pin)

So if you can command a maximum speed (10V on an analog system)
you can measure the velocity/rpm with the encoder feedback.

For linear axis you will have disconnect the motor from the ballscrew to do this test
also the maximum actual speed will be 10-20% less than the speed at 10V
because the PID loop needs some overhead.

Where in the gui shows axis rapid linear speed?
I see only position in GUI DRO.
I want to measure this without uncoupling
motor from ballscrew.
I have set correct encoder scale also i know
that linear rapid speed is about 5000mm/min
but am not sure how much is exactly.
If i set man speed to 10000mm/min
this will enforce 7i33 to outout 10V.
So in this case how can i measure actual
linear speed without decoupling servomotor from ballscrew?

This is all a bit dangerous if the servo motors are still connected to the linear
axis.

That said, if the joint and axis maximum velocities are increased slowly
there will be point where the following error increases rapidly (because
the actual position can no longer track the commanded position)

This is one way to determine the maximum speed (at 10V)

Watching the following error/velocity/PID output with halscope will help to find this point

I want to find rapid speed if i give manually
10v to drives.
Where is this written to gui?

I would just watch the encoder velocity in halshow

So to find rapid speed the trick is to set high initial rapid speed and watch ferror in halscope and at jog speed that ferror has huge increase minus for example 1% of that jog speed is the rapid speed?
Is there a way to force 7i33 to output 10V?

Also how can find max acceleration?
