EMC Newbie looking to network with others nearby

Sorry if I've posted this illegally, there does not seem to be a 'networking' category in this forum to help users locate other users near them.

EMC Newbie here.....

Anyone using EMC2 in the Rochester/Syracuse/Binghamton area of upstate New York?

I am near Elmira and Corning,NY and looking to network with other users on any level. My area of interest is retrofitting heavy industrial iron. I have several projects to get going on.

did you try zooming in. they don't show on my map til i do.

It worked in IE.....
Surprised there are some people somewhat local to me but they don;t list any contact info.

What the heck, I'm looking at the map again (in Internet Explorer) and I can't see the pins...
What is the problem with the map?
