StepConf 2nd parallel port direction was created by RayJr
I have noticed that when using StepConf to set up the second parallel port, when you set it for "in", the entry in the HAL file is set to "OUT". If you set it in stepconf for "out", it is in the HAL file as "in". The logic is inverted!
I have seen this behavior on V2.4.6, 2.4.7, and now on LinuxCNC 2.5.0-pre2-890.
Is there somewhere else I should report this bug?

Normally the bug tracker is the place to report bugs... if you can reproduce them. This sounds like a bug to me.

If your using the buildbot 2.5 a new build comes out within and hour or so of the commit. If your using 2.4 installed from the LiveCD then you have to wait for an official release.
