Looks like the 5i23 card was not found

can you run this command on the system:

lspci >pci.txt


and post pci.txt here

No 5I23 found in that list so either theres a 5I23 or motherboard problem

I would power down, then verify that the 5I23 is seated in its slot ,
maybe pull the 5I23 and clean the contact fingers with 99% IPA
and power up and try again.
