latency-histogram -->> cannot gain I/O privileges - forgot 'sudo make setuid'

no o did not use sudo at any part of the BUILD process

only used when installing the debs.

I can't remember why I did not like gdebi.... I suspect it may have not installed dependencies ..... or something like that.

there awas something it did when I installed it last that I didn't like...

oh hang on I know. I think it did not install the debs when I double clicked them and suspected it was because it was waiting or looking for sudo privileges.... when I ran it from the terminal it installed the debs.

I installed it yesterday and will get around to using it at some point.
