Replied by rodw on topic Question....LMDE5 LinuxCNC
Its much easier with Debian Bookworm... Mint is not up to date with kernels etc.

Is LMDE5 from 2 years ago?
Anyway, i did test all versions of it, they are paunfully slow compared to other Mint versions, so i never used it.
What does
uname -a
Say?
Also what version of python does it use?
Might be able to build/compile LinuxCNC, but i never bothered with it.
