Installing on HP T620 Plus Thin Client boot error

I just install linuxcnc debian 12 bookworm rc4 on new M.2 ssd 128gb.
got this error after installing through thumb drive.

"no boot disk has been detected or the disk failed?"

I have no problem installing with other pc like Optiplex 745.
been googling this problem but no luck.

does it create like 3 partitions when installing ?
I must miss something ...

just install windows 10 with no problem.
