Arrowkeys in numpad does not work as shortcuts

I am using Gmoccapy as my interface and I have enabled keyboard shortcuts. However arrow keys in my numpad does not move the spindle. The normal arrow keys and pageup/pagedown work as expected. However everything works fine with the Axis interface. Is there any setting I need to do in order to get this to work?

Did you try toggling the NumLock key?
