Touch probe on gmoccapy was created by Pauchuk
Hello. I hope this is the right section. I did some search and couldn`t find info on how to step-by-step install touch probe on linuxcnc gmoccapy gui.
Would appreciate any guidance
I am running Linuxcnc 2.8.2 version with parallel port BOB. Have not bought touch probe yet, but am willing to order it + tool height reading as well.
Can those both sensors be used on same input?
Edit: If I am willing to use this for aluminium, could I just use my bit as probe (electrical connection)?
Would appreciate any guidance

Ok, got it working. Where can I find settings on, for example, how far from stock will probe retract and stay?
