Macro buttons and hardware buttons

I am still having issues.. I keep getting a 'broken link' image and not the image I am specifying for the button.. I am trying to use the sample svg and png images but no matter where I put the images or the path I define, they do not show..

Is there an Image size restriction.. these sample images are 144x72.

Can anyone think of anything else that would cause this issue?

Have you compared with the sample configuration with macros and images?
