Some tips for better gmoccapy was created by MichalHK
Hello,
at last two years Im installing gmoccapy at about 3 machines and every time I must doing same "upgrade/changes".
1) F4 shortcut for AUTO mode.
Default gmoccapy for switching mode is F3 = rapid F5 = MDI
Please add F4 for AUTO mode. Its logical. Im doing this at every machine they Im installing.
Its few simple rows of code.
2) Cyclus timer - every industrial cnc machine controller like Fanuc, Seimens, Heidenhain atc.... have cyclus timer.
If I first run gmoccapy I cant believe that timer missing. Solution is here forum.linuxcnc.org/gmoccapy/40709-gmocappy-clock
So why its not included in 2.9.0PRE for example?
3)Spindle load - same as point 2. Nice spindle load bar exists there forum.linuxcnc.org/gmoccapy/45856-spindl...-in-gmoccapy?start=0 So why is not defaultly installed?
I can help, no problem, I can push configurations into github.
Thanks MichalHK

1. I have no idea, i use Axis mostly.
2. It is nice to have.
3. Most do not have any feedback for load to show there, so having a bar that does nothing is just clutter.
But it would be nice to be able to configure in Settings, whoever needs it would enable it.

2. It is nice to have.
3. I use it. A lot of drivers (Spindle + axis) have Modbus RS485. I would like to have "load feedback" for axis as well.
4. I think it would help a lot if at least the manual mentioned how to add "Load feedback" and "Cyclus timer" to Gmoccapy, so that everyone doesn't have to develop it from scratch.
