How do you install NativeCam with no network connection was created by Handy8000

Hi All,

I have pc system that cannot be connected to a network, how would I install Nativecam.
I have the latest Linuxcnc installed (2.7.14, Debian 7 Wheezy).

There should be a .deb version of it, and that can be downloaded copied and installed easily. If it asks with what to open the file, choose or write gdebi.
