So i tried adding
setp pwmgen.0.enable TRUE
still no luck.
Voltage on parport pin 1 is 0.1V, when i inverse pin 1 Voltage is 4.9V stable.

Finally got it running, don't ask me how or why it didn't work before. I put my hal-file if that can be helpful to someone.
