Ok, can confirm that works, I went back to the default material to save my ohmic and THC status. But that kind of seems counter-intuitive. Maybe it's just meThe way it works is:
If you display the default material when you press save all the settings on the run panel including the material will be saved.
When you have another material displayed then press save only the material parameters are saved and all other parameters are reloaded.

Its hard to know the best way to do it, I didn't want to overwrite the defaults if a material change was saved as one of the other settings may have been temporarily changed.

There is another part to this quote that may be more apt...
Actually I was thinking rather than two buttons I might pop up a dialog giving some choices. I think the GUI is busy enough.

Well, I never knew the second half of that quote...
I'll be working that into every day life now haha

That would work, I'm pretty easy to get along with. I just think it's a bit non-intuitive to have to go back to the default material to save your other settings.
