				Yeah it is useful, a bit for us veterans, but it was causing some issues for newcomers.
It was a sure sign that the piercing heigh is to high for the arc to transfer or in case of firing the torch where there is no material, so it would shut it down.
From over 30 plasma sources i have dealt with, the highest open circuit voltage was 295V,usually in the 260 to 280V range, so 300 is spot on. And to have it as default.
On the other side of things, how long does it wait for an arcok signal ? Half a second should be plenty for the transfer.
