THC will not Enable

hello, i am having this exact problem with the recent master version of linuxcnc. the voltage appears, i have it enabled, i get arc ok with mode 0 no problem, i can even override arc OK, but thc will not enable.
do you have any idea about what could be missing here?

This thread is for PlasmaC, if you are using master branch then you must be using QtPlasmaC.
Can you post a copy of the BACKUP CONFIG from the SETTINGS tab.
EDIT:
Is THC enabled?
Is the velocity during the cut reaching the same as what the material cut speed specifies?
