How time flies when you are having fun...
Have you checked the Z height with probe testing?

I did not do that until today. Every time I use this software and get on the forums there is always some new feature I learn about that is awesome. Assumed that was just to check the switch function. My height was good actually. Which was surprising.
So I rebuilt the configuration from scratch and got similar results. Though I will say, I got much much further and am pretty sure I've found the issue. Not sure how to fix it.
In the picture I've attached it shows 5 holes. It cut them all. But on the last one the center fell out and it the valid arc lost error happened again. So basically, it is a legit arc lost on the lead out. Is there any way to ignore the arc lost on lead out? My lead out was perhaps .060", which I feel gives the best quality with my fine cut consumables. About double the kerf. I am open to any other way of dealing with the issue as well. My last machine was not responsive enough to care.
Pretend there is a picture of 5 circles. All bigger than the next. The largest has the center that fell out.

You can turn the torch off at the end before the leadout begins.

I was able to get it working last night with adjusting the low pass filter. I'm going to keep playing with it a bit but happy with the results. Got through an entire cut now. This does mean I'm not using the arc ok from the plasma cutter. May revisit down the road but I've got some jobs that need to be cut right away.
Thank you guys for the help.

Mode 1 means you are using Arc OK which is what you should use if your machine has it.
Edit: sorry, I read that as a question. I think I'm losing my mind...
