THC for fiber laser and plasma,, based on esp32,,, all variables can be set using webgui it convert analoge signal to PWM freq,, with defined range min and max read capacitance and conver it to PWM , with min max calibration, for fiber laser,, co2 auto foucas, or flame cutter designed to work with Linuxcnc Torch Hight Controller,

Main Features
12 bit ADC.
6khz sampling rate.
adjustable pwm output range.
display graph for analog and digital frequency.
IIR filter for Capacitance Value


How to use :-
there is Sketch and data here is the method of uploading, Sketch, and Data

define your SSID, then upload the sketch,, open serial monitor, and u can see your ip.. use it in ur web browser

and access the configration for it from webgui

my esp32 similar to this roboticx.ps/?attachment_id=4630 make sure u use the right PIN,,

********** Gerneral rule******
the higher the freq the less error.
the lower the range between PWM upper and lower freq the more accurate it read and less error produced
for IIR filtering, there is variable for that,,

Would be great if someone could test this, I have about a 1000 projects going at the moment so I am out. But its good to see more open source possibilities poping up!

Its nice to have more than one option for something. As I am learning with my 3d printer build at the moment.

aliexpress selling defective products,, mostly,, taobao,, they are different in quality and price,, also u got free shipping to ur forwarder.

this esp32 included charge controller for 18650 cell as ups.. cost only 2.4$
even they have special linuxcnc thing

I want to use this thc with plasma.
Not so good with the computer languages..Can this be used with plasma without mods to the code for using voltage.
Can you please provide hooking diagram with diy voltage divider, and what changes are needed for hal.
Forgive me if my questions are non sence.
