Rounded corners

Im not sure where to post this but I randomly have an issue where the plasma decides to round off all the corners. It doesn't happen often but I do have to watch for it. I can see it happening on the screen. It is basically bypassing all corners. I have to exit out reload and start back from the spot it starts rounding everything off... Any help would be greatly appreciated thanks.

Sounds like your g-code needs a G64 P0.005 (or appropriate tolerance) near the start of the file.
