Cut rules

I actually tried that out this evening, and I think since it goes back to start position at the end of the cut cycle that it doesn't matter. Tonight I ran 4 different programs with the last thc off being synchronized with motion and it worked out fine for me. I'll get some more cutting in tomorrow and let you know how it all goes. Thanks again!

Cut rules are pretty much finished up and work great! I've gotten really good results on my test cuts
