Decided to go with the 7i96 and the plan was to go with THCAD5's but it appears the Mesa store is out of stock and only have THCAD10's.

There is also mesaus.com in USA and eusurplus.com in Europe.

As long as you are not forced to use a 50:1 divider as the only option on your plasma cutter, the THCAD10's are fine.
The later Hypertherm's can be configured to 30:1 which is fine with a THCAD10 and no resistor. 30:1 is hte default on the the thermal Dynmics so its what I use with my A120.

If you had to use a THCAD-10 for Ohmic sensing, you could use a 48 volt power supply in the ohmic circuit (Meanwell HDR-15-48) instead of a 24 volt power supply. You would just need to change the on an doff thresholds in the hypersensing setup to allow for the higher voltage.

What plasma cutter do you have?

Currently i have no plasma, but I will likely be getting a Hypertherm 45xp after i get my table fully built. Might have to use THCAD-10's as there are zero THCAD-5's in the US currently. Just checked and only a few THCAD-10's in stock here.
