Set Proma as low as possible for hyst and delay.
In PlasmaC lower the pid value form 10 to 6 or 7, not the speed.

I don’t have pid. I configured plasmac on mode two. Should I have used a different mode?

Again I have the proma 150 compact thc, not the proma sd

THC speed, should be 6 or 7 for normal use with Proma.

THC speed on the PlasmaC config tab.
Did you set the Proma as mentioned twice above ?

I followed your guide from the link we both had. Except for the second step “ voltage difference at 2” bc I don’t have voltage difference anywhere
