Hello, I want to connect a hypertherm plasma to my plasma table with Thcad-10 and I don't know what I have to select for each thing.
Arc OK is not equivalent to the y7i76e card and so on with all the outputs of the plasma CPC port. Can somebody help me. Thanks

I think that we can probably help, but would need more specific questions.

What is it that you are trying to do, and how does what actually happens differ from what you want to happen?

Are you installing PlasmaC or QtPlasmac?

What LinuxCNC version are you using, 2.8 or 2.9 (master)?

Plasma connections in PncConf are only available in master branch (v2.9) and are really only useful for QtPlasmaC, not PlasmaC.

QtPlasmaC is untested on 2.8.1 and there are no plasma pins in PnCconf for 2.8.1

The fact that the Plasma pins are not in the config wizard is not a show-stopper, you can choose a spare or generic signal and then hand-esit the HAL file.

(historically the expectation was that _all_ config would be achieved by editing HAL and INI files. The wizards are a layer on top, and an assistance, but you should consider the HAL and INI files as your property.

I have changed to linuxcnc 2.9 and now I have it a little clearer.
Now the problem is which pins to give the ohm sensor. I have it connected to TB3-10 and TB-11.

The ohmic THCAD goes to the encoder "B" input.
You also need the firmware with "pl" in the name.
